This document has all of the details on what you and your AV team will provide for Tim’s program. Tim will be more than happy to chat with the AV staff ahead of time to make sure that everything is confirmed and easy.

Conference call:

Finding out about the audience is essential for each event I do. To facilitate that, I will be in touch approximately 4-6 weeks prior to your event to set up a conference call.


Air: I will book air travel approximately 3-6 weeks in advance of your event, and will send you the itinerary at that time.

Hotel: A non-smoking room with a king bed on the highest possible floor is preferred.
